Before baking for the first time, burn out the molds in the oven at approx. 200 degrees. then grease the outside and inside and bake the molds again at around 200 degrees for about 1/2 hour. please make sure that the molds are placed in the oven with the baking side down (i.e. upside down) so that the excess fat can drain out. it is important to grease the outside of the molds to prevent any rust formation caused by steam on blue glossy molds. for molds made of aluminized sheet steel, so that a light brown grease coating forms on the outside, which prevents heat radiation. where. 10/2008
