the c4 model is a machine for the production of crepe dough strips with a width of 640 mm for laboratories with high production capacity.
the the machine is equipped with a container for the thin dough, capacity 50 liters, from which the product is fed to the machine using a dosing pump.
the baking roller has a speed controller, which is controlled by an inverter to regulate the production speed. the temperature of the roller is adjustable, up to a maximum of 350 degrees c.
the machine includes an extractor hood for steam emission. the machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum en aw 6082 t6.
the control panel is located on the edge of the machine and is made in accordance with current regulations.
the machine is completed with a cutting group that allows cutting the 640 mm sheet in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
the longitudinal cutting is manually adjustable, while the transverse one can be regulated electronically, allowing you to cut square or rectangular crêpes of different sizes are available.
