the spiral kneading machine model mx allows the ingredients needed to make pizza, bread and pasta dough to be perfectly mixed and processed. the ingredients that can be put into the bowl are basic elements such as flour, water, oil, lard, the salt and the sugar.

the machine is equipped with a locked movable guard that covers the upper part of the bowl and prevents the operator from entering the working area of the moving spiral mixing tool, thereby avoiding hazards such as pinching, pulling, crushing, breakage, entanglement, impact and crushing
