A wrong understanding of democracy.

when human beings populated the earth about 2 million years ago, they only lived in small groups or tribes. there was no kind of prosperity or surplus. only when people settled down and with the abundance of fertile land on large rivers such as the nile did wealth begin to exist. the first larger cities emerged here around 6000 years before christ. however, it was now also necessary to defend this wealth. since that time, the wealthy have used people ruthlessly to both create wealth and defend wealth. battles won and territory conquered were thanks to the goodwill of the gods. thus, the gods were the ones who chose or voted out the rulers. kings therefore had to fear for their existence in the event of natural disasters because this could be a sign from the gods that they would be voted out. so here we have the first democratic approaches to electing rulers, albeit by gods. the first official coins gave the riches a guaranteed value and huge profits for the producers of the coins. the change from ruling over subjects with a hard hand then with carrot and stick changed around 6000 years ago.

today in the western world people are no longer directly enslaved and kept inhumane in order to make the rich richer, but they still have to defend their gigantic wealth.

today the rich enslave nature and thus indirectly people with indescribable ruthlessness:
- seas are polluted by plastic, wrecked oil tankers, overfishing, and radioactive waste
- the air and atmosphere are polluted by toxic emissions.
- soil and water are polluted by chemical waste
- rainforests are cut down, species are decimated
- nuclear power plants and genetic engineering can make life on earth impossible from one day to the next
- finally, in addition to the environmental war that is already underway, we are threatened with an all-destructive nuclear war.

so this is what human progress looks like over the last 2,000 years compared to the entire 2 million years of human history.

we are at a crossroads and it is high time for fundamental changes.

1. people must be protected from exploitation
2. nature must be protected under all circumstances
3. wealth must be distributed in such a way that wars are no longer necessary to preserve it

generally speaking, the 8 basic biocybernetic rules according to frederic vester must be adhered to, with which all demands are automatically met and grievances cannot be eliminated in the first place.
