Dear mr oberacker
i installed the oven*** straight away in my fitted kitchen and of course baked it straight away. (i had already made a yeast starter the evening before).
the result was really excellent and i am very happy with the oven.
i made the breads in the picture in 2 baking steps.
thanks again for the advice and for the oven.
