the multipasta group is a multifunctional accessory for various models of our production to make ravioli with double dough sheet, tagliatelle with interchangeable shapes and potato gnocchi in different formats.
it has an adjustment system for the ravioli filling and a thickness regulation of the dough sheet for the tagliatelle.
the multipasta accessory group can be used for the pasta machines pnuova, pidue and p6 can be used.
accessories
1 - dough cutter
the automatic dough cutter produces long noodles in different formats by using the appropriate box cutters. the length can be adjusted with a timer.
available formats: 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 mm and crimp cuts.
2 - ravioli group
for preparing perfect ravioli on the belt in different formats with soft fillings of vegetables, cheese, meat or mixtures.
3 - gnocchi attachment
for making gnocchi from potatoes or flour dough in two different sizes, also with other ingredients such as tomatoes or spinach. all accessories are easy and practical to use.

k13 trial courses description: making pasta with electric pasta machines for private use, catering and self-marketing including pasta tasting and drinks. one-day fridays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., participation fee will be credited towards the purchase of a machine. the number of participants is limited
description: we make a pasta dough from fine durum wheat semolina, water, egg and oil.
afterwards we will make pasta with the machines:

we make short pasta such as spirelli, dough sheets for ravioli and ravioli, tagliatelle with 2, 6, 12mm width and spaghetti.
tips and recipes will be discussed to see how versatile pasta can be made. with mushrooms, chives, garlic, tomatoes and spinach, among others.
