description: we make a pasta dough from fine durum wheat semolina, water, egg and oil.

we make short pasta like spirelli, sheets of dough for ravioli and ravioli, tagliatelle with 2, 6, 12mm width and spaghetti.
tips and recipes will be discussed to see how versatile pasta can be made. with mushrooms, chives, garlic, tomatoes and spinach, among others.
