nina can be equipped with special cut sizes (1.5-4-8-24 mm) and curling strips (12-18-24 mm) on request.
nina is available in two models: 170 and 250, which differ in the width of the dough sheet (170 and 250 mm).
nina is versatile because it can be combined with a range of accessories (on request) that make it a truly complete pasta machine. the external structure is made of anodized aluminum, the parts that come into contact with the dough are made of stainless steel. it includes a safety button and an indicator light for operation and
complies with the applicable accident protection regulations.

1 - kneading machine group
completely removable for complete, thorough cleaning.
2 - press group
produces any type of pressed pasta by simply changing the die (available bronze dies for a rougher pasta dough and ptfe dies for a shinier, transparent dough). complete with dough cutter for short pasta.
3 - ravioli group
for preparing perfect ravioli on the belt in various formats with soft filling of vegetables,
cheese, meat or mixtures from a sheet of dough with a width of 100 mm.
4 - gnocchi attachment
for making gnocchi from potatoes or flour dough in different formats, also with other
ingredients such as tomatoes or spinach. all accessories are easy and practical to use. some groups can also be used on other machines from our range.
