the dryer is made of mortised insulating panels to eliminate all internal and external heat points. the panels are insulated with injections of polyurethane and covered with pvc. the selection of dryers manufactured in our company has developed an internal geometry of the drying cells that allows air flows, temperature and humidity to be maintained uniformly to ensure homogeneous drying throughout the dryer. the cells are equipped with a bidirectional ventilation system, electric heating or hot water circuit, moisture extraction device and air emission valves. the entire drying cycle is monitored by humidity and temperature probes. the automatic drying system is equipped with a plc that allows, via a touch screen monitor, to select the most suitable recipe for the pasta format to be dried. this procedure allows an optimal final result, guaranteed by controlling the final phase of the cycle through a residual moisture test and stop at the end of the cycle. you can choose between three phases of drying out; the slow drying for the more demanding manufacturers looking for a product of the highest quality, the rapid drying to reduce costs and time for drying and finally a phase designed by the customer according to his own requirements.
